Professional Web Hosting: Sign up instructions

You will need to be able to change the DNS settings for your domain. If you require support or assistance before you sign up contact us!

STEP 1 – Sign up to Professional Web Hosting

Sign up to Professional Web Hosting by clicking “Sign up now!” below.

STEP 2 – Change your domain name’s Name Servers

If you are updating your Name Servers on an existing domain name to use our Professional Web Hosting service, you will need to change them to the following:

• dns1.thevirtualcloud.com
• dns2.thevirtualcloud.com

If you are registering a new domain name or transferring a name to us, these changes will be automatic so you don’t need to do anything. If you're changing settings for an existing domain, contact your current Domain Name or web hosting provider for help if you need it.

STEP 3 – Upload your web site to our servers

If you are moving your hosting to us, we recommend you download a copy of your web site from your old provider before you sign up.

We will email you when payment has been taken and your hosting has been setup on the servers (usually within 1 hour). You can then login to DotNetPanel and setup your FTP details. Once this is complete you can upload your site to our servers.

STEP 4 – Enjoy your hosting!

Once DNS has propagated (usually within 24-36 hours), your web site will be served at high speed from our redundant hosting cluster to the world!
